Ingredients
Crust
- 1 ½ cups Hemp Yeah! Granola “ Honey & Oats
- ½ cup walnut pieces
- ¼ cup Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein, Max Fiber “ Vanilla
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
Layer 1
- 2 ½ cups frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein, Max Fiber “ Vanilla
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup orange juice
Layer 2
- ½ banana
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup oat milk
Directions
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In food processor, combine crust ingredients until an even crumble is formed then press firmly into lined baking pan.
- Blend layer 1 ingredients in blender until smooth then spread an even layer over crust and freeze 15-30 minutes.
- Blend layer 2 ingredients then spread an even layer over Layer 1 and freeze 4+ hours until solid.
- Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut into 9 - 16 squares, cleaning knife in between cuts.
