Hemp Veggie Burgers

Servings: 8 burgers


  • 2 eggs (or use 2 flax eggs to make it vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/3 cup HempPro Fibre
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp hemp oil
  • 8 whole wheat buns


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk the eggs and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties (about 1/2 cup each) and place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven.
  5. Bake the burgers for 15 minutes and then flip each burger over and bake for another 10 minutes. Put each burger on a bun, top them with our spicy south-west garlic aioli, add your favourite burger fixings, and enjoy!
