Frozen Peppermint Mocha

Servings: 1 serving


  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso (we used espresso powder to make our own home-brewed espresso)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cup ice (or more, depending on how thick you like it)
  • 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend - Chocolate
  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 drops peppermint flavour
  • 2 tsp. coconut sugar (or more or less depending on how sweet you want it)
  • pinch of sea salt


Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
