Ingredients
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso (we used espresso powder to make our own home-brewed espresso)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup ice (or more, depending on how thick you like it)
- 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend - Chocolate
- 2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 2 drops peppermint flavour
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar (or more or less depending on how sweet you want it)
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
