Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and grated (if you have a high-speed blender like a VitaMix, you can just cut the carrots before blending them)
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 2 to 3 Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp. Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
