Ingredients
Wet
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Dry
- 2 cups oats
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Garnish
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
Directions
- Blend wet ingredients until smooth.
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients then stir in blended wet ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats, divide into 4 bowls or mason jars and top or layer each with ½ banana, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, ¼ cup blueberries and 1 tablespoon Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts.
- Enjoy! The mixture should keep in the fridge for two to three days if you're meal prepping!
