Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens
- Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower
- 2 oranges (we used a blood orange and cara cara orange)
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
Dressing Ingredients:
- ½ cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ cup fresh tarragon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup fresh chives or green onion (greens only, no whites)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- dash cayenne pepper
Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients:
- ½ head of cauliflower cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch black pepper
Directions
- Toss all cauliflower ingredients together and roast at 425°F for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Let cool “ can be done in advance!
- Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble all salad ingredients and toss in ½ of dressing or drizzle over top. Sprinkle with more Hemp Hearts on top.
