Serving Size: 2 portions
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup hemp hearts (hemp hearts can be toasted first for a bolder, nuttier flavor)
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
- 2 Tbsp dried cherries
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- drizzle 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp chopped parsley
- Pinch of sea salt
Procedure:
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and stir lightly. Adjust seasoning as needed.
