Ingredients
- 1 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend Vanilla
- ½ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Directions
- Cover cashews with water and let soak overnight in refrigerator (or if you're short on time pour nearly boiling water over cashews and let soak 15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse cashews then add to food processor with chickpeas, maple syrup, coconut sugar and sea salt. Process until smooth.
- Add Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend and process again until a batter has formed.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls, cover and refrigerate or freeze until you're ready to enjoy!
