Serving Size: 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1-2 frozen bananas (two bananas if making two servings)
- Large handful or two of spinach
- 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! protein powder
- Non-dairy milk to preferred consistency*
- Hemp Hearts for topping
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, scrapping down sides as needed
- Pour smoothie in cup or bowl, sprinkle with Hemp Hearts and other toppings of choice, enjoy!
*Add less milk if you would like a thicker smoothie.
