Berry Hemp Smoothie

Serving Size: 1-2


  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1-2 frozen bananas (two bananas if making two servings)
  • Large handful or two of spinach
  • 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! protein powder
  • Non-dairy milk to preferred consistency*
  • Hemp Hearts for topping


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, scrapping down sides as needed
  • Pour smoothie in cup or bowl, sprinkle with Hemp Hearts and other toppings of choice, enjoy!

*Add less milk if you would like a thicker smoothie.
