- 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 4 cups carrots, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup arugala or dpinach
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 large avocado (peeled and chopped into cubes)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients (except avocado and Hemp Hearts) in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a pot and warm over medium heat to desired temperature.
- To serve, add some avocado into each serving bowl, pour in the soup and sprinkle Hemp Hearts on top.
