Veggie Hummus Wraps

Servings: 6


  • 6 wraps
  • 1 medium package (about 400-500g) of roasted red pepper hummus, or you can make our spicy hemp hummus
  • 12 thin slices of cucumber (sliced lengthwise)
  • 6 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
  • 12 thin slices of tomato
  • 2 large avocados, sliced
  • Fresh alfalfa sprouts
  • 6 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts


  1. Spread the hummus on half of the wrap and layer two slices of cucumber, a handful of spinach, two slices of tomato, two or three slices of avocado and some alfalfa sprouts on top.
  2. Sprinkle on about a tablespoon of Hemp Hearts.
  3. Fold the wrap tight, making sure to tuck in the sides.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
  5. Cut the wraps in half, serve and enjoy!
