- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup large flake oats
- 1 pear, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup (or more if you want it sweeter)
- chopped walnuts (optional)
- In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add the oats and lower heat to simmer.
- Cook until water is absorbed and oatmeal is thick.
- Remove from heat and cover for two minutes.
- Stir in the pears, Hemp Hearts, and maple syrup.
- Top with chopped walnuts and enjoy!
