Hemp Flatbread Pizza - 3 Ways

Ingredients

Rosemary Margherita Flatbread

Pear, Brie & Caramelized Onion Flatbread

Directions

Chipotle BBQ Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Add chicken, 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, and 3 tbsp. of Hemp Heart Toppers - Chipotle, Onion & Garlic to a bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Divide remaining BBQ sauce on top of the two flatbreads and spread evenly.
  4. Cover flatbreads with cheese and top with chicken and red onion. Put the flatbreads onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, top with cilantro and remaining Hemp Heart Toppers - Chipotle, Onion & Garlic and enjoy.

Rosemary Margherita Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce and 3 tbsp. of Hemp Heart Toppers - Onion, Garlic & Rosemary.
  3. Divide tomato sauce on top of the two flatbreads and spread evenly.
  4. Top each flatbread with 5 slices of fresh mozzarella and 5 slices of tomato.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, top with basil, remaining Hemp Heart Toppers - Onion, Garlic & Rosemary, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and enjoy.

Pear, Brie & Caramelized Onion Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and sliced onion to a pan and saute for 10-15 minutes. Add 3 tbsp. of Hemp Heart Toppers - Maple & Cinnamon to the onions and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
  3. Cook garlic in a small pan until transparent.
  4. Divide olive oil and cooked garlic on top of the two flatbreads and spread evenly.
  5. Top each flatbread with 8 slices of brie, 8 slices of pear, and caramelized onions.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, top with remaining Hemp Heart Toppers - Maple & Cinnamon and enjoy.
